You can change your password on the "edit profile" page.

Can I update my root password from the service page as well?

No, you can’t. You can only change your root password from within your VPS. You can’t change it on the "edit profile" page or on the control panel.

I did not receive my root password. Is there a problem?

No, there isn’t. For security reasons, we don’t send root passwords via email. You can view your root password on your secure login page.

Can I delete my account?

Is there a minimum contract period?

No, there isn’t. You can terminate services at any time – not forgetting to pay outstanding charges in full.
